Logistics International Limited (LIL) was established in 1996 in the pursuit of Advantis group’s dream of becoming a premier container terminal depot operator in Sri Lanka.

More than 25 years later, the company continues on its successful journey, with its sights set on becoming regional benchmark for inland container depot operations.

Overview

Logistics International Limited’s, ICD operations are located in two locations in Sri Lanka. Namely Welisara and Sedawatte in Sri Lanka, and a new facility in the Khalifa Industrial Zone, Abu Dhabi.
The facility is credited with ISO 9001:2008, with several notable awards, including “Best Depot of the region” by Textainer Leasing Company, “Sri Lanka National Quality Award”, etc.

Commencement of container depot operations at a 3 acre land plot with a storage capacity of 1,500 TEUs.

2000 Expansion
Storage Expansion

Expansion of the first facility adding further storage capacity of 1,500 TEUs.

2016 Second Facility
Second Facility

Commissioned the second facility with a capacity to store 3,000 TEUs.
